The auction ended at the price of USD 350,000.00 (€ 317,633.18), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lawren Stewart Harris - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mountain Sketch LXIII, which sold at auction in November last year for USD 882,000.00 (€ 854,402.79).
