A top price for Kurt Kappa Kocherscheidt - as previously expected
This work without title by Kurt Kappa Kocherscheidt was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2010. The auction ended at the price of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,028.60), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Kurt Kappa Kocherscheidt that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Kurt Kappa Kocherscheidt kam im September 2010 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 11.028,60) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Kurt Kappa Kocherscheidt, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
