The work Sango Nemuchero by Kudzanai-Violet Hwami was worth GBP 37,500.00 (€ 41,640.55) to a buyer in October 2020. This price was achieved in the auction First Open: Post-War & Contemporary Art Online at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Kudzanai-Violet Hwami have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Skye Wanehanda (I) in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 3,780,000.00 (€ 404,708.23).

Die Arbeit Sango Nemuchero von Kudzanai-Violet Hwami war einem Käufer im Oktober 2020 GBP 37.500,00 (€ 41.640,55) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion First Open: Post-War & Contemporary Art Online bei Christies in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Kudzanai-Violet Hwami auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Skye Wanehanda (I) im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.780.000,00 (€ 404.708,23).
