Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Rei (Coutersy) by Kubo Shunman was sold in the Japanese and Korean Art Including the Collection of David and Nayda Utterberg auction at Christies in New York in March last year. The price achieved of USD 5,040.00 (€ 4,543.41) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kubo Shunman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Edo Period (1615-1868), 1810S in September 2021 with an auction result of USD 56,562.50 (€ 48,857.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Rei (Coutersy) von Kubo Shunman wurde im März letzten Jahres in der Auktion Japanese and Korean Art Including the Collection of David and Nayda Utterberg bei Christies in New York versteigert.
