Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Krishna Reddy could be acquired at Phillips in London in September this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Evening & Day Editions auction, the work Bull and Man changed hands for GBP 508.00 (€ 508.00) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Krishna Reddy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Group Of Trees) in November 2018 with an auction result of INR 1,062,500.00 (€ 13,418.48).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Krishna Reddy konnte im September diesen Jahres bei Phillips in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Evening & Day Editions wechselte die Arbeit Bull and Man für GBP 508,00 (€ 508,00) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Krishna Reddy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Group Of Trees) im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von INR 1.062.500,00 (€ 13.418,48).
