Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Klaas Gubbels was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2010. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 6,250.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Klaas Gubbels have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2004 the work Tafel met kan en trechter was auctioned for EUR 8,962.50.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Klaas Gubbels wurde im Juni 2010 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 6.250,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Klaas Gubbels konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Juni 2004 die Arbeit Tafel met kan en trechter für EUR 8.962,50 versteigert.
