In March 2013 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Nineteen to Now, which included the work Coffeepot by Klaas Gubbels. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 6,875.00 38% above the upper estimate. Other works by Klaas Gubbels have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 8,962.50 in June 2004 for the work Tafel met kan en trechter.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 38 % übertroffen
Im März 2013 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Nineteen to Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Coffeepot von Klaas Gubbels zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 6.875,00 und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Klaas Gubbels haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.962,50 im Juni 2004 für die Arbeit Tafel met kan en trechter beobachtet.
