Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2004 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Twentieth Century Art including Belgian Art, which included the work Roze stoel by Klaas Gubbels. The price achieved of EUR 836.50 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 700.00 – 900.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Klaas Gubbels achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tafel met kan en trechter in June 2004 with an auction result of EUR 8,962.50.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2004 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Twentieth Century Art including Belgian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Roze stoel von Klaas Gubbels zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 836,50 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 700,00 – 900,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Klaas Gubbels erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tafel met kan en trechter im Juni 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.962,50.
