The result of GBP 500.00 (€ 578.30) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kim Lim achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 29,618.25).

Die Arbeit A portfolio von Kim Lim wurde im September 2010 in der Auktion Prints and Multiples bei Christies in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 500,00 (€ 578,30) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 500,00 – 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Kim Lim erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 29.618,25).
