Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Tsujicho by Key Hiraga was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in July 2020. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 300,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 325,000.00 (€ 35,608.12). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Key Hiraga - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Fenetre (Window), which sold at auction in March 2018 for HKD 875,000.00 (€ 90,482.95).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Tsujicho von Key Hiraga kam im Juli 2020 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 300.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 325.000,00 (€ 35.608,12) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Key Hiraga mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Fenetre (Window) beobachtet, die im März 2018 für HKD 875.000,00 (€ 90.482,95) versteigert wurde.
