Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Kevin Zucker could be acquired at Christies in New York in September 2014 for an unexpectedly low price. In the First Open/NYC auction, the work Room Accommodates Ceremony (Seasonal Pricing Flexibility) changed hands for USD 375.00 (€ 296.96) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Kevin Zucker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Highest Place for Miles in Any Direction in November 2006 with an auction result of USD 19,200.00 (€ 14,478.55).
