Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2010 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Karin Wikström for SEK 6,000.00 (€ 655.88). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary & Design, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Karin Wikström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Utan titel in November 2014 with an auction result of SEK 48,000.00 (€ 5,175.11).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2010 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Karin Wikström für SEK 6.000,00 (€ 655,88) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary & Design, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Karin Wikström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Utan titel im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 48.000,00 (€ 5.175,11).
