In September this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Sivert Oldenvi Collection H066, which included this untitled work by Karin Wikström. The auction ended at the price of SEK 10,000.00 (€ 867.35), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Karin Wikström have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Utan titel in November 2014 with an auction result of SEK 48,000.00 (€ 5,175.11).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im September diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Sivert Oldenvi Collection H066 durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Karin Wikström zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 10.000,00 (€ 867,35) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Karin Wikström auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Utan titel im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 48.000,00 (€ 5.175,11).
