Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Women with flowers by Karin Parrow was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2013. It changed hands for a price of SEK 24,000.00 (€ 2,771.81) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Karin Parrow - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Strandservering, Marstrand", which sold at auction in April 2016 for SEK 100,000.00 (€ 10,881.92).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Women with flowers von Karin Parrow kam im Oktober 2013 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von SEK 24.000,00 (€ 2.771,81) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Karin Parrow mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Strandservering, Marstrand" beobachtet, die im April 2016 für SEK 100.000,00 (€ 10.881,92) versteigert wurde.
