Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work View from the artists window by Karin Parrow for SEK 7,500.00 (€ 872.24). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Karin Parrow achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Strandservering, Marstrand" in April 2016 with an auction result of SEK 100,000.00 (€ 10,881.92).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit View from the artists window von Karin Parrow für SEK 7.500,00 (€ 872,24) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Autumn Sale, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Karin Parrow erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Strandservering, Marstrand" im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 100.000,00 (€ 10.881,92).
