Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work "Only the nights are new" by Karin Mamma Andersson. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 25,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,379.10). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Karin Mamma Andersson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work On Tenterhooks in March this year with an auction result of GBP 756,000.00 (€ 860,096.03).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Only the nights are new" von Karin Mamma Andersson zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 25.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 26.000,00 (€ 2.379,10) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Karin Mamma Andersson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit On Tenterhooks im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 756.000,00 (€ 860.096,03).
