The work "Runda bordet" by Karin Mamma Andersson was sold in the Contemporary Art & Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in April this year. It achieved a price of SEK 1,700,000.00 (€ 150,289.86), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 42%. Admittedly, works by Karin Mamma Andersson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work On Tenterhooks in March this year with an auction result of GBP 756,000.00 (€ 860,096.03).

Die Arbeit "Runda bordet" von Karin Mamma Andersson wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 1.700.000,00 (€ 150.289,86) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 42%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Karin Mamma Andersson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit On Tenterhooks im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 756.000,00 (€ 860.096,03).
