In April this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work "Only the nights are new" by Karin Mamma Andersson. The result of SEK 20,000.00 (€ 1,768.12) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Karin Mamma Andersson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work On Tenterhooks in March this year with an auction result of GBP 756,000.00 (€ 860,096.03).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im April diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Only the nights are new" von Karin Mamma Andersson zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 20.000,00 (€ 1.768,12) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Karin Mamma Andersson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit On Tenterhooks im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 756.000,00 (€ 860.096,03).
