The work Rural landscape with oxen grazing by Kano Tanyu was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2007. Here, the upper estimate of USD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 61,000.00 (€ 42,900.34). With this result, Rural landscape with oxen grazing is even the most expensive work of art by Kano Tanyu that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Rural landscape with oxen grazing von Kano Tanyu kam im September 2007 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 61.000,00 (€ 42.900,34) einen neuen Besitzer.
