The work Pyramids by Judy Rifka was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art Online auction at Bonhams in July this year. The »bidding war« ended at USD 2,048.00 (€ 1,858.44), 37% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Judy Rifka - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A Museum, which sold at auction in November 2000 for USD 3,525.00 (€ 4,054.52).

Die Arbeit Pyramids von Judy Rifka wurde im Juli diesen Jahres in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art Online bei Bonhams versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 2.048,00 (€ 1.858,44) und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Judy Rifka mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A Museum beobachtet, die im November 2000 für USD 3.525,00 (€ 4.054,52) versteigert wurde.
