Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Escala 1:100 by Joan Hernández Pijuan was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2017. It changed hands for a price of GBP 2,250.00 (€ 2,552.65) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joan Hernández Pijuan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Entre les 7 i les 8 in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 138,250.00.

Die Arbeit Escala 1:100 von Joan Hernández Pijuan kam im September 2017 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 2.250,00 (€ 2.552,65) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joan Hernández Pijuan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Entre les 7 i les 8 im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 138.250,00.
