It achieved a price of USD 18,750.00 (€ 13,780.68), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jose Dávila - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Buildings You Must See Before You Die, which sold at auction in April last year for USD 52,920.00 (€ 50,223.02).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 13.780,68) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von Jose Dávila mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Buildings You Must See Before You Die beobachtet, die im April letzten Jahres für USD 52.920,00 (€ 50.223,02) versteigert wurde.
