The price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,090.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Wonnacott achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Self-Portrait With Electric Light Bulb in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 54,000.00 (€ 80,133.28).
