The work A Lady, In White Dress With Blue Bows Around Neckline, Upswept Curling Powdered Hair; Sky Background by John Russell was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 2,250.00 (€ 2,707.57) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Russell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait De Lady Georgiana Cavendish (1783-1858), Future Comtesse De Carlisle, À L'Âge De 6 Ans in November 2020 with an auction result of EUR 45,500.00.

Die Arbeit A Lady, In White Dress With Blue Bows Around Neckline, Upswept Curling Powdered Hair; Sky Background von John Russell kam im November 2013 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 2.250,00 (€ 2.707,57) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
