It achieved a price of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,717.66), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Plumb achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Colour Barrier in November 2019 with an auction result of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 27,888.31).
