In June 2014 Christies in London held the auction Modern British & Irish Art Day Sale, which included the work The Couple/Blue by John Golding. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 10,000.00 (€ 12,494.52), 25% above the upper estimate. Other works by John Golding have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 16,250.00 (€ 19,081.47) in November 2019 for the work G.(R.F.) I.

Im Juni 2014 führte Christies in London die Auktion Modern British & Irish Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Couple/Blue von John Golding zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 12.494,52) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von John Golding haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 16.250,00 (€ 19.081,47) im November 2019 für die Arbeit G.(R.F.) I beobachtet.
