Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Johannes Geccelli was auctioned at Grisebach in November 2019. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 625.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Johannes Geccelli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „GRAMERCY SCHLANK“. in December 2021 with an auction result of EUR 27,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Johannes Geccelli kam im November 2019 bei Grisebach zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 625,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Johannes Geccelli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „GRAMERCY SCHLANK“. im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 27.500,00.
