However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Joel Sternfeld - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work On This Site: Landscape In Memoriam, 1993-1996, which sold at auction in April 2004 for USD 153,100.00 (€ 77,518.99).
