Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Four Part Torn Cloud) by Joe Goode was auctioned at Bonhams in March this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 2,040.00 (€ 1,876.38) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joe Goode achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cloud-Photograph Triptych in September 2014 with an auction result of USD 203,000.00 (€ 160,753.88).
