Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Field #4 Sand) by Jennifer Guidi was auctioned at Phillips in New York in May last year. It changed hands for a price of USD 113,400.00 (€ 105,675.15) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jennifer Guidi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Elements of All Entities (Universe Mandala SF #6G, Green, Black Sand) in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 625,000.00 (€ 553,734.38).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Field #4 Sand) von Jennifer Guidi kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 113.400,00 (€ 105.675,15) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jennifer Guidi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Elements of All Entities (Universe Mandala SF #6G, Green, Black Sand) im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 625.000,00 (€ 553.734,38).
