This artwork by Jennifer Guidi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in New York in May last year. In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session auction, the work Infinite (Natural Sand SF #2H, Blue Fill, White Ground) sold for USD 315,000.00 (€ 293,542.07) - well above the upper estimate of USD 150,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Jennifer Guidi; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Elements of All Entities (Universe Mandala SF #6G, Green, Black Sand) sold at auction in November 2021 with the realized price of USD 625,000.00 (€ 553,734.38).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Jennifer Guidi erzielte im Mai letzten Jahres bei Phillips in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session wurde die Arbeit Infinite (Natural Sand SF #2H, Blue Fill, White Ground) für USD 315.000,00 (€ 293.542,07) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 150.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Jennifer Guidi; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Elements of All Entities (Universe Mandala SF #6G, Green, Black Sand) im November 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 625.000,00 (€ 553.734,38).
