Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Jean-Marc Nattier; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot An Allegory Of Justice Combatting Injustice sold at auction in July 2013 with the realized price of GBP 866,500.00 (€ 990,127.28).
