Sold at the upper estimate price
In June 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale, which included the work Le Moment Musical by Jane Graverol. The auction ended at the price of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,650.85), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jane Graverol achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le trait de lumière in March this year with an auction result of EUR 579,975.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Juni 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Moment Musical von Jane Graverol zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.650,85) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jane Graverol erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le trait de lumière im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 579.975,00.
