Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Arco Naturale (100 Little Deaths) by Janaina Tschäpe was auctioned at Phillips in New York in November 2012. The price achieved of USD 5,250.00 (€ 4,035.36) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Janaina Tschäpe achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Square Soap Bubbles in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 81,250.00 (€ 76,926.72).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Arco Naturale (100 Little Deaths) von Janaina Tschäpe kam im November 2012 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.250,00 (€ 4.035,36) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Janaina Tschäpe erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Square Soap Bubbles im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 81.250,00 (€ 76.926,72).
