Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Naiad 2 by Janaina Tschäpe was sold in the Wired: Online Auction auction at Phillips in an online auction in May last year. The price achieved of GBP 1,008.00 (€ 1,185.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Janaina Tschäpe achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Square Soap Bubbles in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 81,250.00 (€ 76,926.72).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Naiad 2 von Janaina Tschäpe wurde im Mai letzten Jahres in der Auktion Wired: Online Auction bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.008,00 (€ 1.185,82) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Janaina Tschäpe erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Square Soap Bubbles im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 81.250,00 (€ 76.926,72).
