The work Eend by Jan Roeland was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in April 2014. It achieved a price of EUR 4,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 33 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jan Roeland - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tafel III, which sold at auction in December 2006 for EUR 9,600.00.

Die Arbeit Eend von Jan Roeland kam im April 2014 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 4.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Jan Roeland mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Tafel III beobachtet, die im Dezember 2006 für EUR 9.600,00 versteigert wurde.
