The result of EUR 3,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jan Roeland - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tafel III, which sold at auction in December 2006 for EUR 9,600.00.

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 3.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Jan Roeland mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Tafel III beobachtet, die im Dezember 2006 für EUR 9.600,00 versteigert wurde.
