This work without title by Jan Müller was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in New York in April 2013. It achieved a price of USD 8,125.00 (€ 6,170.26), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 63%. Admittedly, works by Jan Müller have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Virgins in November 2002 with an auction result of USD 53,775.00 (€ 54,143.17).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jan Müller wurde im April 2013 in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 6.170,26) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 63%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jan Müller auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Virgins im November 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 53.775,00 (€ 54.143,17).
