In April 2013 Christies in New York held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Grove, Autumn by Jan Müller. The »bidding war« ended at USD 6,875.00 (€ 5,220.99), 38% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Müller achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Virgins in November 2002 with an auction result of USD 53,775.00 (€ 54,143.17).

Im April 2013 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit Grove, Autumn von Jan Müller zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 6.875,00 (€ 5.220,99) und damit 38% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan Müller erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Virgins im November 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 53.775,00 (€ 54.143,17).
