Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by James Nares was sold in the Under the Influence auction at Phillips in New York in March 2013. Here, the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,876.72). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by James Nares achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Take 118 - Blue Black in July 2014 with an auction result of USD 87,500.00 (€ 65,347.27).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von James Nares wurde im März 2013 in der Auktion Under the Influence bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 6.250,00 (€ 4.876,72) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von James Nares erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Take 118 - Blue Black im Juli 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 87.500,00 (€ 65.347,27).
