Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fraud Against Beaux Arts (Presented In Analog) by Indieguerillas was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2012. The price achieved of HKD 225,000.00 (€ 22,399.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 180,000.00 – 300,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Indieguerillas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Heavy Make Up For The Amnesia, which sold at auction in April 2012 for HKD 620,000.00 (€ 60,411.22).

Die Arbeit Fraud Against Beaux Arts (Presented In Analog) von Indieguerillas wurde im Oktober 2012 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 225.000,00 (€ 22.399,29) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 180.000,00 – 300.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Indieguerillas mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Heavy Make Up For The Amnesia beobachtet, die im April 2012 für HKD 620.000,00 (€ 60.411,22) versteigert wurde.
