Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Alengka'S Garden by Indieguerillas was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2014. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 7,721.47) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Indieguerillas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Heavy Make Up For The Amnesia in April 2012 with an auction result of HKD 620,000.00 (€ 60,411.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Alengka'S Garden von Indieguerillas kam im Oktober 2014 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 7.721,47) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Indieguerillas auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Heavy Make Up For The Amnesia im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 620.000,00 (€ 60.411,22).
