In December 2018 Phillips in London held the auction New Now, which included the work The Beetle Sphere by Ichwan Noor. The auction ended at the price of GBP 75,000.00 (€ 83,556.65), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 55,000.00 – 75,000.00. Other works by Ichwan Noor have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2018 the work Beetle Sphere was auctioned for HKD 1,000,000.00 (€ 112,601.48).

Im Dezember 2018 führte Phillips in London die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Beetle Sphere von Ichwan Noor zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 75.000,00 (€ 83.556,65) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 55.000,00 – 75.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Ichwan Noor konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2018 die Arbeit Beetle Sphere für HKD 1.000.000,00 (€ 112.601,48) versteigert.
