It achieved a price of EUR 51,362.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 28 %. Admittedly, works by Huang Yong Ping have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le carte du monde in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 3,367,500.00 (€ 294,381.13).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 28 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Carte Du Monde 2000-2046, 12.2.2001 von Huang Yong Ping kam im Dezember 2013 bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 51.362,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Huang Yong Ping auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le carte du monde im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.367.500,00 (€ 294.381,13).
