The work Best Before 1 July 1997 (Waitrose Whole Orange Drink) by Huang Yong Ping was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in March 2016. It achieved a price of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 11,316.94), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 43%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Yong Ping achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le carte du monde in November 2007 with an auction result of HKD 3,367,500.00 (€ 294,381.13).

Die Arbeit Best Before 1 July 1997 (Waitrose Whole Orange Drink) von Huang Yong Ping kam im März 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 11.316,94) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 43%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Yong Ping erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le carte du monde im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.367.500,00 (€ 294.381,13).
