Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sailboats Along The Coast by Huang Bore was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2018. The price achieved of HKD 47,500.00 (€ 5,012.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Huang Bore have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bay in April this year with an auction result of HKD 36,000.00 (€ 36,763.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sailboats Along The Coast von Huang Bore wurde im April 2018 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 47.500,00 (€ 5.012,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Huang Bore auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bay im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 36.000,00 (€ 36.763,04).
