Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Self portrait by Henk Helmantel was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2016. The price achieved of EUR 4,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henk Helmantel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Still Life With Fruits And Flowers in December 2015 with an auction result of EUR 73,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Self portrait von Henk Helmantel kam im Dezember 2016 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Henk Helmantel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Still Life With Fruits And Flowers im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 73.500,00.
