Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective, which included the work Dutch stable, Niehof No. 3 by Henk Helmantel. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,459.77) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Henk Helmantel have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Still Life With Fruits And Flowers in December 2015 with an auction result of EUR 73,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dutch stable, Niehof No. 3 von Henk Helmantel zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.459,77) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Henk Helmantel auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Still Life With Fruits And Flowers im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 73.500,00.
