Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Forms in Space by Helen Lundeberg was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in March 2021. The price achieved of USD 1,275.00 (€ 1,085.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Helen Lundeberg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Tree in December 2013 with an auction result of USD 185,000.00 (€ 134,262.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Forms in Space von Helen Lundeberg kam im März 2021 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.275,00 (€ 1.085,75) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Helen Lundeberg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Tree im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 185.000,00 (€ 134.262,28).
