In the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction, the work Francis Bacon & Lucian Freud in Dean Street Soho 1974 sold for GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,378.72) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Harry Diamond; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Francis Bacon And Lucian Freud In Dean St., Soho, 1973 Peter Blake, 1974 Gilbert And George, 1975 Sir William Coldstream, 1975 sold at auction in April 2014 with the realized price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 9,129.24).
